Itinerary
Holiday Details.
Day 1: Arrival and pickup from Entebbe International airport.
Day one will be your arrival to Uganda through Entebbe international airport, our representatives who will introduce themselves and welcome you to the pearl of Africa. After a brief interaction with your guide/our representative, you will transfer to your hotel near Entebbe international hotel for resting and preparation for the next day.
Depending on your arrival time, you can opt to go for sundown walk along Lake Victoria if at all you land at the airport early during the day.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and Evening Game drive.
You will have breakfast then checkout from hotel and depart to Lake Mburo national park through the busy road of Kampala-Mbarar/Masaka with ever green roadside landscape giving clear view to the sky.
We shall have a stopover at Equator line (latitude line) at Kayabwe Equator monument for Coriolis force experience and photography moments at the monuments. After you will embark onto your journey and check in to the lodge upon reaching the park and have your lunch and relax.
In the evening you will go in for your golden sunlight game drive to catchup with multiple wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, topis, waterbuck, buffaloes, birds among other wildlife creature within the park.
After this experience, you will travel back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning nature walks and Afternoon boat cruise.
After your breakfast, come with us to explore the area on foot this morning in Lake Mburo National Park.
On this guided nature walk expect to get close to wildlife like giraffes, antelopes, get to know different tree species and vegetation cover, birds within the park and the cool morning temperatures offered by the whispers of the wild.
Afternoon boat cruise. From your lunch, you will dive into afternoon sailing along lake Mburo giving you a clear sky view, watch different bird species along the banks of the lake, get closer to aquatic creatures such as hippos, crocodiles not forgetting the great history about lake Mburo from you boat captain. You will transfer back to the lodge after.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
You will have morning breakfast then check out from lodge and depart to Bwindi Impenetrable national park. Depending on the starting point and sector (Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga, or Nkuringo), the drive takes 2–6+ hours through scenic terraced hills and highlands. Enjoy the changing landscapes, possible stops for photos or lunch in Kabale or nearby towns. Arrival check in lodge to settle in and take a short evening nature walk or relax with forest views.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Encounter.
Early Morning: Breakfast briefing, then transfer to the park headquarters for your gorilla trekking permit and briefing (group size limited, fitness required as terrain is steep and muddy). Trek into the dense “Impenetrable Forest” (typically 2–7 hours round trip) to spend one magical hour with a habituated mountain gorilla family. Observe their behavior up close.
Afternoon: Return for lunch and rest. In the afternoon/evening, join a Batwa (Pygmy) cultural encounter: Learn about their traditional forest lifestyle, music, dances, hunting tools, and medicinal plants from indigenous guides. This is often a heartfelt and educational experience. After transfer back to our lodge.

Tips: Wear sturdy hiking boots, long sleeves/pants, rain gear, and bring binoculars/camera. Porter services available.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
Morning: Leisurely breakfast with possible morning forest walks or community visit. Depart for Lake Bunyonyi (typically 2–4hour drive, shorter from southern Bwindi sectors.
Afternoon: Arrive at this stunning crater lake known as the “Place of Many Little Birds”. Check in at your accommodation and enjoy the serene views, terraced hills, and islands. Optional afternoon canoe paddle or relaxation.

Day 7: Canoeing along 29 Islands, Wildlife Tracking on Kyahugye Island, Bird Watching, and Nature Walk.
After your warm morning breakfast, it’s going be a full Day Explore of Lake Bunyonyi by traditional dugout canoe (with guide/paddlers). Visit several of the 29 islands, including:
Kyahugye Island, wildlife tracking/walk to see zebras, impalas, waterbucks, and birds.
Other highlights: Punishment Island (historical site), Bushara, for birding (kingfishers, herons, cranes, etc.).
Evening: Enjoy guided nature walks, bird watching, and scenic paddling. The lake has no hippos or crocs, making it safe and peaceful. Optional village visits or hikes for panoramic views.

Day 8: Depart to Murchison Falls National Park.
Early Morning: Breakfast and departure for the long scenic drive north (roughly 8–12+ hours through Fort Portal city and Hoima oil city to Murchison falls national park.
We shall have lunch stop and possible brief visits at Nguse River camp along Hoima-Fort Portal Road.
We shall then continue through Hoima oil city and the great Albertine rift valley (Butiba escapement) then access the park through Bugungu gate and we check in to our lodge.

Day 9: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise.
Early morning game drive in the park’s savanna (north or south bank). Spot elephants, giraffes, leopards, lions, buffaloes, antelopes, and birds. We shall have our breakfast arrangements in the bush where we shall enjoy it from.
Afternoon: Boat cruise on the Nile toward the falls. Excellent for hippos, crocodiles, weaverbirds, and dramatic scenery with geographical cliffs habitat for different bird species.

Day 10: Chimpanzee Tracking and Top of the Falls Tour.
From your early morning breakfast, we shall drive to Budongo Forest for chimpanzee tracking. Search for habituated chimps (2–4 hours activity) observe their social behavior, calls, and feeding. Budongo forest is a home of different bird species which you should expect to encounter during your trekking.
Afternoon: Visit the Top of the Murchison Falls. Hike to the stunning views of the Nile crashing through the narrow gorge (6-7m wide). Great photography and short trails don’t forget to be showered by the River Nile vapor popping up from the narrow gorge.
Later we shall transfer back to our accommodation.

Day 11: Rhino Tracking and Transfer to Kampala.
Morning: Depart south via Kichumbanyobo gate through Masindi town and stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking.
With a ranger guide, track white rhinos on foot with rangers get within safe distances for observation. Optional birding or nature walks.
Afternoon/Evening. After the track we shall have lunch at Ziwa then continue to Kampala (total drive from Murchison 5–7 hours to Kampala plus Ziwa time).

Day 12: Kampala City Tour.
After breakfast at the hotel, it’s a full day guided city tour covering key sites Kasubi Tombs (UNESCO site), Uganda martyrs’ shrines, Nakasero fruit market, Uganda Independence Monument and a craft market for souvenirs.
Optional visit to Ndere cultural center for mixed cultural dance experience or Kampala night life in the evening.

Day 13: Evening Beach Tour along Lake Victoria.
Morning/Day. Breakfast, relax and swimming at your hotel for easy access of airport on our final day we shall check out hotel in Kampala and proceed to Entebbe near the airport.
Evening. Transfer to Lake Victoria shores (e.g., near Entebbe or Munyonyo). Enjoy a relaxed beach/lakeside experience: sunset views, boat ride if desired, dinner with fresh fish, and gentle atmosphere from the fresh water Lake Victoria.

Day 14: Transfer to Entebbe Airport for Departure.
Morning: Leisurely breakfast. Depending on flight time, possible short visit to the Uganda Botanical Gardens or craft shopping in Entebbe.
Transfer drive to Entebbe International Airport a short distance from lakeside areas allow buffer for security/check-in.

This is a balanced wildlife-and-culture focused trip with some longer drives. Internal flights (to/from Murchison) could shorten transfers if preferred.
